Nai Nai personality type is ESTJ, and I am an ESTJ myself. Actually, it is very easily to find ESTJ in the East. The most common of them are Kim Jong-Il, Kim Il-Sung, etc. And I don’t know if they are just the typical Korean-style of being, or there are combinations of ESTJ, INTP or INTJ “types” that are just as common.
But there are also some Westerners who are ESTJ. I have always thought of them as “like the typical Koreans” themselves. Especially the ones who are so humble and reserved, but very efficient and calm. They are very loyal to the family, but the family is not their first priority. They are more focused on their career. They are good at building trust with the people they meet. They are not very sensitive to other people’s feelings, but they are good at understanding what is going on in the people’s mind. They are not keen on talking much about themselves, but they are pragmatic and can handle the situation well. They are very efficient at everything they do. They are not very emotional, but they can be very passionate when they care about something.
