Tammy Larson personality type is ESTJ, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the reason she is such a good salesperson is because her personality type is so extroverted. She’s always in the middle of a group and always in the middle of a conversation. She has a natural ability to persuade people and make them want to do things they might not otherwise do.
I think the most important thing in sales is the ability to make people feel comfortable with you and make them want to buy from you. You need to be able to get in close and get their attention, and then you need to be able to get them to trust you and trust your product.
I think that if you can do that, you can be successful in selling anything. I know that when I worked in my retail job, I was really successful because I was able to do exactly what I just described.
Not only do I think that you need to be extroverted in order to be successful in sales, but I also think you need to be careful about who you associate with. Being with people who are very different from you can be very helpful in terms of learning about how the world works and how you can persuade people.
