In this article, I'm going to attempt to explain why I believe that the personality type of an INTP is capable of being so much more than what it is at first glance. I'll argue that there are two core aspects to INTPs, which are the aspects that are taken for granted by most people who are not INTPs. The first aspect, which I'll refer to as the "external" INTP aspect, is the aspect that seems to be apparent to most people, but is actually just a natural result of the way that INTPs process information. The second aspect, which I'll call the "internal" aspect, is usually what keeps people from realizing that they have personality type INTP.
