Kevin Gnapoor personality type is ENTP, and I’ve found I’m a true introvert in that I enjoy getting to know people individually if I can, but also enjoy keeping them at arm’s length until I know they can be trusted.
I’m not saying that I’m not a team player when it comes to a community. I’m a huge fan of my community and the things we do together. But I also really enjoy working independently by myself in a quiet space, or in a room with a few close friends.
I think one of the biggest challenges in this job is being able to balance all of these different personalities, and to try and work with others when my natural inclination is to work alone.
What makes your job worthwhile?
I’ve been really privileged to have been able to work at my dream job for so long. It has been a long time since I had my dream job, but I still get a lot of satisfaction from it.
Working at a place like this is a dream job for me because it’s a great place to work. It feels like a family. It feels like a community. It feels like a family.
