Dona Jura personality type is ESTJ, the most common type of Personality in the world, the one you are describing.
But the world is not so simple !
In fact, a lot of people are just ESTJ, but they are not ‘true’ ESTJ.
This means that they have some ‘extra’ characteristics that make them not really ESTJ, and we call them ‘pseudo’ ESTJ.
There are two types of pseudo-ESTJ :
