Mary-Ann personality type is ESTJ, and that’s the type that makes the most sense to me.
When I look at someone, the first thing I see is their body language. I notice their posture, how stiff they are, how tall or short they are, how their shoulders and hands are positioned. I notice how they hold their head, how they smile or not. How does their handshake feel? How does their voice sound? How does their voice sound when they’re angry, upset, or in a bad mood?
When I meet a new person, I try to get a sense of how they’ll behave in the situation we’re about to set up together. And when I’m trying to meet someone for the first time, I stick to a very simple script:
1. Introduce myself. “Hello, my name is [my name], and I work at [company].”
2. Ask them if they’d like to have lunch together. “Do you have time for a quick lunch meeting?”
3. Describe the exact time, place, and activities we’ll be doing.
