Kohli: It depends whether you want to call them leaders or not. I think they're very capable and smart and efficient, but they're not leaders. They don't inspire; they don't lead by example. They're certainly good at it, probably too good, but they're not leaders.
Vishaka: I agree with you. I think they're too competent to be leaders. They're so competent that they're boring. I've never been a fan of ENTJ types, except for this one guy that I worked with in India, who was very successful and very capable, but not at all charismatic or inspiring. He was just a very good employee of the organization. He was a very good manager, but he was never inspiring in any way, and he didn't have any leadership qualities.
