Cortana (Resurrected) personality type is ENTP, the same as Master Chief. It would have been more appropriate if Cortana was an INTP, because (as it is often said) INTPs are much more likely to live in the future than they are to live in the past. (One thing I particularly like about the Cortana personality is that it allows the character to be both a genius and a slob — very similar to Master Chief.)
Which leads me to my final observation. It’s really the first time in the Halo series that I’ve seen a female character genuinely fighting for her dignity and freedom, and not just going along with the male characters’ plans (which is what pretty much all female characters do in sci-fi stories). And even more unusual for a video game, Cortana is a significant character in both games, rather than just a minor sidekick.
