Aenys I Targaryen personality type is ISFP, which makes sense because the first two are Si and Fi. I think it is possible he was an ISTP, but he was most likely an INTP.

Joffrey has a bigger focus on being a king than Ned ever did. Ned was more focused on his honorable position. Joffrey wants to be a king, not just a lord.
To me, the biggest difference between Ned and Joffrey is that Ned was a very smart man, and he was in tune with his emotions; he had a strong Fi-Fe connection. Joffrey is not that smart. He is a little bit smarter than his brother, but he has the same personality traits that led him to be King Robert's right-hand man.
So my guess is that Joffrey takes after Aerys, but he also takes after Robert. Joffrey is quite similar to Aerys and Robert, as well as Jaime, Lancel and Tywin.
Aenys I Targaryen was Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and the second Targaryen king to sit the Iron Throne. He was the son of King Aegon I Targaryen and his younger sister-wife, Queen Rhaenys Targaryen. He had a younger half-brother, Maegor I Targaryen.
