Sa Gyeong-Jun personality type is ESTJ, but I don’t see any obvious signs of the “I” in his description. He is a compulsive planner, and I can’t find anything in his description that fits that. He does not seem to have a compulsion to control others, either. He does love order and planning, but this doesn’t seem to fit the description.
In short, he doesn’t seem to fit the description, and I can’t really see what people mean when they say he’s an ESTJ.
I mentioned in my recent post about Jungian types that Jung did not distinguish between the inner and outer Jungian functions, so I don’t think we can say for certain that he has a dominant function. But I think we can say that we can find the Jungian functions in Jungian descriptions. It’s just that we can do that only if we understand the internal and external functions.
If you read through Jung’s descriptions, you will find that he rarely discusses the inner functions. He usually only discusses the outer functions.
