Judge Marshall Stevens personality type is ESTJ, and I am a true ESTJ. In fact, I am a “strong” ESTJ. I believe in law and order, I believe in order and discipline, and I believe that people should be punished for their crimes. But this is not what this article is about.
ESTJ personalities are the ones who are most likely to be involved in law enforcement and the justice system. I am a strong ESTJ, and it is certainly my personality’s role to enforce the law. But I am not a strong ESTJ personality type who literally believes that all people should be punished for their crimes.
In fact, as a strong ESTJ, I believe that people should be punished based on their crimes, but that they should be punished fairly. As an ESTJ, I believe that the system should be fair, even if it means that some criminals get off easy or go free. This is what the ESTJ personality type is about, and it was one of the factors that led to my ultimate decision to become a police officer.
I never wanted to take a life. I am not a “kill first, ask questions later” type of person.
