Ashley Bartlett Bacon personality type is ESTJ, or the “authoritarian”. I’ve found that ESTJs are often just very good at planning and organizing their time, and they can be great in an administrative role, or someone in a position of authority. But they are sometimes criticised for being too “straight-forward,” or “dictatorial”. A lot of ESTJs will tell you that they can be a bit of a control freak.
That might be true, but it doesn’t mean that they are controlling. They are just getting things done. ESTJs can be very good at managing and building strong relationships with people. They just find it hard to express themselves in other areas of their lives – I think that most people would agree that that’s a good thing. They are generally very loyal and reliable people, who are also very capable when it comes to taking responsibility.
ENTJ personality type is one of my favourite types. ENTJ personalities are certainly more complex than MBTI types, but I think that they are also much more interesting.
