Polite and Respectful
The ESTJ is a person who is very respectful and polite. This is a common trait among all of the ESTJs that I’ve met. They are very serious and serious about what they do; however, they are not afraid to crack a joke or make a joke out of something. They can be very humorous at times. They are not afraid to speak their mind either. The ESTJ doesn’t mind speaking up for themselves, and they know when it’s the right time to do so.
This is another trait that we see in all the ESTJs that I’ve met. They feel like their opinion is important, and that their opinion should be heard. And even though they don’t mind getting their hands dirty, they prefer to keep things as simple as possible. Plus, they’re very good at putting things into perspective, and they also like to make sure that things are in order when they come across them.
