Penny personality type is ENTJ, which is the leader of the pack. I have never known a Penny to be an introvert, if anything, they are very extroverted. They are all about being in control, and usually quite bossy. They also tend to be very knowledgeable about their subjects, so they are normally well-rounded.
Since Pens are usually so in-charge, they are definitely not afraid of taking the lead when it comes to developing relationships. More often than not, they are the people who are at the center of any social gathering, because no one else can match up to their dominant personalities. However, this does not mean that they are not aware that others are interested in them, or their opinions.
Pens want to make everyone happy, but they don’t want anyone to feel left out. All the Pens I know would try to make sure that everyone was included in their conversations, especially if they thought it would make the other person feel better.
The main reason that Pens are often considered to be extroverts is because they are the ones who tend to be very social, and always trying to get people together.
