A while back I wrote about how I was looking at the differences between various TV characters and how they fit into Myers Briggs. Since then, I’ve ended up reading more about Myers Briggs than ever before, and I’ve come to see just how similar the Myers Briggs types are to the roles that they play on TV.
Today, I want to talk about Veronica Mars, probably one of the best shows on the air, and one that I’ve watched since the pilot. It’s a show about a high school girl who becomes an amateur sleuth, along with her friends, to solve mysteries. It’s also a show about the relationships in her life, whether it’s her relationship with her parents or her relationship with her friends.
Veronica Mars is an ENTJ (and to be fair, I’m not sure that she can be called an INTJ since she sees herself as having different philosophies than the other characters). She’s also obviously very smart, but she doesn’t think that she’s smarter than anyone else.
Sidekick is a Canadian animated television comedy series created by Todd Kauffman and Joey So. The series ran from September 3, 2010 to September 14, 2013 on YTV. The series is based on the original shorts originally titled The Not-So-Superheroic Adventures of Sidekick aired as part of the 2005 TV series, Funpak.
