An INFJ may be capable of becoming a hypnotist, but they will generally find it more beneficial to work with people and to provide them with support and guidance instead of imposing their will upon them. INFJs can be seen as "harsh" because they can put people in their place when necessary, but they don't tend to do it cruelly, and they're generally very kind and gentle people.
In short, INFJs are the most likely type to be hypnotized by an INTP, but INTPs are probably not very good at influencing INFJs.
