I think the only thing I have to say that is relevant here is that, when he sees a situation where people are making mistakes he can't help but point out their mistakes. Perfectionism is definitely a personal trait of his. But, when it comes to people specifically he really goes out of his way to be kind, compassionate and helpful. He does this even when he's got nothing personal riding on it.
You probably remember the story about the time he was leaving for the airport and there was a group of people who were waiting for him in the airport. One of them had a long wait and was getting stressed out and was on the verge of tears. So, Do-Jin took him aside and gave him some advice, some consolation and some encouragement. This is how he acts to strangers when they're in need. And even if they were his friends he'd still do it.
My impression of him is that he's got a very big heart and would go out of his way to help anyone in need. He's kind, caring and compassionate and always tries to be helpful.
