I don't know about you, but I have a hard time with people who seem to be saying that they are INTPs, when in fact it's someone else, or no one in particular. Their behavior is typically inconsistent with the way an INTP would act in any given situation.
I've never seen anyone be "INTP" in real life. I've seen many people claim to be INTP, but it's always someone else, or no one at all. That's why I say it's just another personality type, like INTJ or ENFP.
