Early life
Freya was born in the year 1812 to the Mikaelson family, who were members of the ruling Coven of Eight. Her father was Mikael "Mik" Mikaelsson, the eldest son of the Mikaelssons, and her mother was Angelina Mikaelsson, the middle daughter of the Mikaelssons.
She was raised by her mother and her two younger sisters: Eva and Greta. Her mother died in childbirth when Freya was four years old.
