Heihachi Mishima personality type is ESTJ, which is very rare at 1% of the population. Only three ESTJs have ever appeared in the entire history of the series. The first was Heihachi himself, who was the main villain of the first game, and even came to life to fight the player in the second. The second was his son Kazuya (who was actually Heihachi in disguise at the time), who was the game's final boss. The third was his daughter Kazumi (who also had the same personality type), who was the most recent game's final boss.
The exact same personality type was referenced in one of the endings for the second game (referred to as "Kazuya's Story" in the game's files). If you pick the option to fight with Heihachi, he will fight with his own "Kazuya's Story" voice clips, which are actually voice clips of Kazuya.
