Goji Rokkaku (六角ゴウジ Rokkaku Gouji) is the main villain in the Jet Set Radio series and chairman of the Rokkaku Group. He appears to be a middle-aged, bald man, and wears a black suit and sunglasses with a white scarf. The name "Rokkaku" in Japanese means "hexagon", hence the Rokkaku Group's logo. Along with owning the Golden Rhinos, Gouji is also the creator of the Noise Tanks and Zero Beat. Later, he builds a massive tower in Shibuya-cho, where he transforms into A.KU.MU. Gouji is voiced by character actor Charles Martinet, famous for voicing Nintendo's mascots, the Mario Bros. and Paarthurnax in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
