Mike Dallas personality type is ESTJ, and I guess ESTP, but I feel like the ESTJ type has a little bit more of an approach mindset. I mean, you have to have a little bit of a stick to go in and be like, "Hey, listen, I'm boss, I'm in charge." [laughs] And as an ESTJ, you're gonna be like, "Oh, well, you know I'm boss, I'm in charge."
It's not just being in charge of your store. It's also being in charge of other people's lives. When you're the manager of a store, you're in charge of the people who work for you. When you're the manager of a band, you're in charge of the people who play for you. When you're the manager of a record label, you're in charge of the people who work for you.
To me, it's not just about being in charge of your business. It's about being in charge of other people's businesses. And that's why I think my favorite Myers-Briggs is ESTP. It's because it feels to me like ESTPs are the type of people who are in charge of other people's businesses.
