Mammon/Viper personality type is INTP, and a few other characters seem to fall into this category too, like Doctor Octopus.
While I'm not going to go through all the different MBTI types for all the Spider-Man characters (there are about 20 characters in the movie, and I think that's too many), here's a list of some of the ones who I thought were the most notable:
Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Spidey is definitely an INTP. His voiceover at the beginning of the movie is full of inner dialogue and his thoughts on what's happening. He even has a notebook to write down his ideas.
He also has a few moments where he seems to be talking to himself and what he thinks is his alter ego (his inner voice). His conversation with Uncle Ben at the end of the movie, where he admits that he's still Peter Parker and that he can't stay away from the bad guys, and then at the end, when he says that he doesn't have to be Spider-Man because he doesn't have to be good, is definitely an INTP moment.
