My ENTJ personality type has always been the one that has worked hard and is just plain good at what I do. I have never been known for being loud, boisterous, or even being particularly perceptive. I am just plain good at what I do.
The ENTJ personality type is the one that works hard, works smart, is good at what they do, and is good at anything you are good at. That is the ENTJ personality type in a nutshell. It is not about being loud or boisterous, although that may happen when they are in a position of leadership. It is not about being perceptive either.
