New England Patriots personality type is ENTJ, and I have met a few of them. The best example that comes to mind is Bill Belichick, the quintessential "alpha male", the epitome of the ENTJ and the Patriots are a perfect example of his personality type. The San Francisco 49ers have probably the ENTJ personality type as well, with Jim Harbaugh as their personality and team leader.
The Denver Broncos are another team with an ENTJ personality type and leader. They have been a very successful team, winning Super Bowls in 1997, 1998 and 1999.
Dale Jr. is a great example of an ENTJ personality type, and I think this makes him an excellent choice to be the new face of NASCAR. I think he will do great as the new face of NASCAR.

The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston area. The Patriots compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's American Football Conference East division. The team plays its home games at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, which is 22 miles southwest of downtown Boston. Along with the Carolina Panthers, it is one of only two NFL teams to represent multiple states. Founded in 1959 as the Boston Patriots, the team was a charter member of the American Football League before joining the NFL in 1970 through the AFL–NFL merger. The Patriots played their home games at various stadiums throughout Boston until the franchise moved to Foxborough in 1971. As part of the move, the team changed its name to the New England Patriots. Home games in Foxboro were played at Foxboro Stadium from 1971 through 2002 when the stadium was demolished in conjunction with the opening of Gillette Stadium.
