The Bitch personality type is ESTJ, which is the “Master of the House” personality type, the “Big Daddy” of the 16 types. The ESTJ takes what they perceive to be their rightful place in life and tries to make sure everyone else in the world has their happy place too. ESTJs are not interested in the minutiae of what makes other people happy (which leads them to be less empathetic) but are concerned with making sure that what they do makes others happy. The ESTJ is often the “fixer” in the family, giving advice on how to make things better, but often is not listened to. This leads to the ESTJ feeling like they are constantly failing at what they wish to accomplish, both in their personal and professional lives.
As all ESTJs are “Master of the House” personalities, they are the most likely type to be in charge in a relationship. They do not see what they do as work, they see it as something that is theirs, and something that they are entitled to do. So when they are in a relationship, they tend to be hypercritical of their partners, which often leads to intense feelings in the relationship.
