Mary Sibley personality type is ENTJ, I've always identified with that type. It's interesting that you mention that the introverted (Se) type is the more socially awkward one. I think introverted (Se) people are often socially awkward because they tend to express themselves more through their actions than their words. I've always found myself to be the one more likely to blurt out an opinion, or to say something on the spur of the moment.
I think I've improved at least somewhat in my social skills over the years. I do still find myself missing out on social opportunities, but it's getting better. One thing that may help this is that I've recently started spending time with groups of people outside of my immediate family. I'll be able to see how I react, and how I handle it, and I think that will help a lot.
I've read a number of posts here about people having a hard time finding a job, and I know that I'm going to have a hard time finding a job if it takes me a long time to get a job. I don't think it's fair for me to try for this job, and then not be able to do it because I can't find a job.
