Cooper personality type is INTP, and being more of a Science-type person, I don’t really buy into these things. But the idea of getting some kind of spiritual enlightenment from a higher power was alluring. So I looked up the course, and it’s a couple times a week for 3-4 months.
So I signed up for it, and my husband and I attended the first session together.
On the way there, my husband asked me if I was sure about this. (He also said he was skeptical about it.)
The class was being held at a large warehouse in a local industrial park. There was a man leading the class, but he wasn’t saying anything.
I sat down, and my husband and I took out our cell phones and started fiddling with the phones. He looked at me and said “It’s just not right.” I laughed and said it’s not like it looked like anything’s going to happen anyway. What does it matter? My phone is big and will block out any sound anyway.
I sat and listened for about 15 minutes.
