Mullroy Personality Type, MBTI

Mullroy personality type is ISTJ, the "Expert" personality type. The ISTJ personality type is the least open to change of all the sixteen personality types, and they are often called "the practical" personality type. Their way of thinking is rational, direct, and structured. ISTJs are known for their independent thinking, their ability to focus, and their perseverance. ISTJs are great at keeping organized and on task, but they need to keep their mind on what needs to be done. They are more likely to be found in a job that requires them to focus on one task at a time, be it through timetables or by delegating responsibilities. ISTJs are often called "the do-it-yourselfer". It is rare to find an ISTJ who will not take the time to build something themselves. That is not to say that ISTJs are incapable of understanding others, but they do not naturally think in terms of other people. ISTJs are likely to be found working with their hands, or taking care of people or animals.
