Ranka Bando personality type is INTJ, and the whole dynamic at the company is that they're all in charge. They have their own teams, and they're very independent and creative and take care of their own creative teams. The other thing about Rokkasho that's so interesting is that when it was created, the thing that really attracted them was the fact that it was so environmentally friendly. It was a large nuclear plant, and it uses a system called direct cooling, which is an air-cooling system where they don't use water. They use ice. They can run the plant all year long without ever having to have a break or shutdown. They're able to do that because they have this huge natural resource. They heat their water in these big pipes underground that go straight down into the ground, and then they use that heat to make their steam for the reactors. It's a very interesting way of doing it. I feel like that could be really cool.
