P.T. Flea personality type is ESTJ, the “Explorer”. This is what I am, but I am less sure of how to describe my position on the hierarchy of the dichotomy. I have never been very good at being dominant or submissive. I have more of a tendency to be “Empath,” instead of “Try-Hard”. I make for some good conversation, but I don’t make the best leaders.
I have an experience of being weak, but I have some experience of being strong. I sympathize with things that are weak, but I am not one of them. I am more of an “Empath” than a “Try-Hard.” This is why I am not terribly interested in being a leader.
I am not very interested in being a leader. I used to be, but not anymore. I am more interested in keeping up with the group than leading it. I wouldn’t say that I am submissive, but I am definitely not dominant.
