The General personality type is ENTJ, which is the most high-functioning type. Therefore, of all the personality types, ENTJ is the most likely to succeed in life. ENTJs are ambitious, charismatic and visionary. They're focused on achieving the success they want and are driven to be the best at whatever they do. ENTJs are always looking to improve themselves and are very good at it. ENTJs are natural leaders and they're often recognized at work for their charisma and ability to inspire others. They're good with people and enjoy being the leader of a team. ENTJs are cerebral and are constantly in search of knowledge and information. They're often described as being smart and intelligent, but also sometimes seen as arrogant and egotistical for their ability to see things from a logical point of view. ENTJs are perfectionists and very hard workers who often put a lot of time into their work. They're good planners and organizers, but can also function quite well without structure. ENTJs have a lot of charisma and leadership skills, which makes them natural politicians who are good at influencing others and getting things done.
