Victor Henricksen personality type is ESTJ, which is the E-T-J personality type. ESTJ personality types are those who are very goal oriented and focused on getting things done. They like to make lists and follow through with them. ESTJ personalities are great with numbers and actual tasks, unlike some other personality types. They are good at organizing and creating systems for things, especially if they are lifelong goals for them or they have to be accomplished in a certain amount of time. ESTJ personalities will be very good at being the “head of the household” or the “business owners” in their family. They are great at delegating responsibilities to others, even if they are not good at delegating tasks to others. ESTJ personalities are not very good with people. They are not very good with the emotions of other people, either, so they do not deal well with people who are more emotional than they are.
