Neuralink personality type is ENTJ, which is one of the four auxiliary (0-3) Judging (J) types.

The ENTJ personality type is sometimes called the "The Architect" because of its tendency to plan and organize, and to make decisions and take action. ENTJs are also called "The Planner" or "The Manager." ENTJs function best when they have a clear vision of how they want something to be done. They like to be prepared for anything that comes their way, and like to know what they're doing. ENTJs work best when they have a plan. Their plans may or may not be realistic, but they see them as important steps toward their goal. ENTJs do not like to be told what to do, and prefer direct orders to indirect suggestions. They do not like surprise in any form, and will usually refuse missions if they feel they don't know enough about what they're doing. ENTJs do not like to be in situations in which their responsibilities are unclear.

ENTJs are probably the most powerful personality type in the Myers-Briggs system, and the least likely to suffer from depression, unless their natural optimism is punctured when they encounter something that is really, really hard.

Neuralink Corporation is a neurotechnology company developing implantable brain–machine interfaces and founded by Elon Musk and others. The company's headquarters is in the Pioneer Building in San Francisco sharing offices with OpenAI. Neuralink was launched in 2016 and was first publicly reported in March 2017. Since its founding, the company has hired several high-profile neuroscientists from various universities. By July 2019, it had received $158 million in funding and was employing a staff of 90 employees. At that time, Neuralink announced that it was working on a "sewing machine-like" device capable of implanting very thin threads into the brain, and demonstrated a system that read information from a lab rat via 1,500 electrodes. They had anticipated starting experiments with humans in 2020; but have since moved that projection to 2021.
