Kıvılcım personality type is ESTJ, but I don’t work in a big corporation or anything like that. I’m an independent art therapist, and I help people manage their emotions, but I don’t work with people who are emotionally disturbed! I’m not all that interested in psychology, but I like to think that I’m good at it. I’m also interested in all sorts of other things.
The reason I’ve written this book is that I wanted to convince myself that I was capable of pulling it off.
I made myself write all these things down, and then I had to figure out what to do with them.
I mean, it’s all about finding a balance between being a good therapist and being a good artist. That’s the challenge that all therapists have, but it’s a real challenge for me because what I do is very different from what other people do.
How so?
In my work I come from a very different place from most therapists. In general, therapists are trained to be good on the job. They go to school, they get a degree, and they learn how to do what they do.
