Riktor Personality Type, MBTI

Riktor personality type is ESTJ, and ESTJs are very much focused on their function (and what they perceive as their function) and how they can make the world a better place by doing so. They consider how they can do things better and more efficiently. They like to be the center of attention, and they like to make a good impression and be seen as competent and capable. They like to be in charge and they like to be the one to lead the group, and they will often do so. An ESTJ personality type is not afraid to speak up or take action if they see an opportunity to improve the function of something, and they will do so with enthusiasm, but it is very important that they understand that this is their function. They must always remember that this is their function, and that it is not for everyone else to decide whether or not they can do it.
