Dalek Thay personality type is ESTJ, while Dalek Davros is ISTJ. Thus, Davros has a high degree of the Te trait, along with a "genius" level of Intellect and high degree of the Judging function, both of which are well-suited to his career as a scientist. The Dalek Thay personality is also ESTJ, with a similar level of Te but with a "saviour" level of Intellect and Judging (though not quite as high as Davros's). This combination leads to a single personality type, ESTJ-Dalek Thay.
