Slitheen personality type is ESTP, but I'm not sure how accurate this is.
The Slitheen are basically the Whoniverse equivalent of the New 52 version of the Riddler. They're super-intelligent alien supervillains who toy with the Doctor in the same way that the Riddler does Gotham City. They're not quite as smart as the Riddler, but they know how to take advantage of his weaknesses. The Slitheen are alien villains who are obsessed with their appearance, and are obsessed with making themselves look good. The Riddler is obsessed with making himself smarter than Batman. The Slitheen are obsessed with making themselves look good, and are obsessed with making the Doctor look stupid. The Riddler is obsessed with messing with Batman's head, and the Slitheen are obsessed with messing with the Doctor's head. Both of them are obsessed with the letter "R."
So it's pretty obvious that the Slitheen are ESTPs.
The Doctor comments on this in "The Lazarus Experiment" (season 2, episode 7):

The Slitheen are a fictional family of massive, bipedal extraterrestrials from the British science fiction television series Doctor Who and are adversaries of the Ninth Doctor and later Sarah Jane Smith. The Slitheen are of the egg-laying calcium-based Raxacoricofallapatorian race native to Raxacoricofallapatorius, though many use "Slitheen" in referring to the race in general. Instinctive hunters trained to kill at a young age, Slitheen are a ruthless criminal sect whose main motivation is profit. They are also convicted on their home world, not willing to return to their planet due to a death sentence. The Slitheen first appeared in the 2005 series episodes "Aliens of London" and "World War Three", and subsequently recur in later episodes of both Doctor Who and spin-off series The Sarah Jane Adventures.
