What does it mean to be an ESTJ?
ESTJs are driven by duty and responsibility. The ESTJ is a hard worker and is organized and goal-oriented. They are very focused and know what they want and how to get it. They are usually the type to get things done and accomplish things. They are very pragmatic and focus on what they can do rather than what they can’t. They aren’t afraid to take on a challenge or to work hard. This can lead them to have a lot of stress, however. They are often perfectionists and like to have everything done perfectly according to their plan. They can be very workaholics and have very high standards. They do not like to deviate from their task or their plan. Another interesting trait of the ESTJ is that they are often very blunt and honest, even when it comes to the people they love. They will often tell the truth even when it is not the most favorable thing for them. They like to keep their relationships strong and friendly, but also strive to be in charge of their friendships.
