I think the most amazing thing about this is that the INTP personality type is one of the most common, but also one of the most misunderstood.

I think I've always seen it as 'solitary, quiet, deep thinker'. I'd always seen it as 'lone wolf', 'academic', 'no fun' etc.

But the famous Myers-Briggs personality test does have a lot of ISTPs! They are very creative, pragmatic, loyal, and fun. They are known for their intelligence, but also the challenge they bring to relationships.

So much of this seems to be true - being ISTP can be very solitary, but also very creative. It can be very deep, but also very fun. It can be very loyal to friends or family, but also very disruptive.

I think maybe I just needed to understand myself better to know what I was looking for.
