The only ones who fit the Blotted Science description, in my view, are those who have a strong INTP personality (and perhaps one of the other types as well), but also spend significant time blogging, writing, or otherwise writing about science. This means that it is possible that someone who has an ENTP personality might be described as belonging to the Blotted Science community, but I would say that they are not likely to be considered part of the Blotted Science community.
As for the "perfect physicist" Blotted Science describes, I think this describes most scientists to some degree.
I often use the phrase "perfect physicist" in my writings to describe someone who has an intuitive understanding of physics, and uses this intuition to make predictions which are impossible to test by experiments, but which are nevertheless correct. This intuition comes from their strong desire to understand the world around them, and the ability to observe phenomena that others cannot.
