Mild High Club personality type is INFP, and I agree. It's a very intense type, but it's very possible to live a healthy life with this type, as you can see from my own experience.

So, I can only imagine how different things would have been if I hadn't decided to go into therapy. I have a lot of regrets, but more than anything, I regret that I didn't take the opportunity to seek therapy sooner. I wish I had known about it sooner, and had started sooner. I wish I hadn't waited until I was in my early twenties to seek therapy, because I feel like I wasted a lot of time by not doing that. But, hey, I'm glad I did it, and now I know what to do next time.
I spent most of my twenties depressed and alone, and that's because of other people. I'd say most of what's wrong with my life is other people's fault. If someone had told me, "Hey, this is a person who can help you," I would have done it a long time ago.
