Sandstorm Personality Type, MBTI

Sandstorm personality type is ESTJ, which is the first personality type listed in the MBTI. ESTJs are often described as being “methodical, organized, and orderly.” They are often perceived as being tough-minded, tough-hearted, and decisive. They are also often perceived as being wanting in empathy. The ESTJ personality type is also often labeled as “organizational” or “managerial.”The MBTI was created by Dr. Katherine Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. Dr. Briggs was a psychiatrist who studied the relationships between people’s personalities and their behavior. She identified 16 different personality types based on how different people react to different situations. Dr. Briggs’ daughter, Isabel Myers Briggs, took Dr. Briggs’ work further by creating an instrument that could be used to help people determine which personality type they were most suited for. Isabel Myers Briggs had her mother’s personality type to thank for her own career as a psychologist and researcher in the area of personality testing and the MBTI is the result of her work. The MBTI is now used all over the world as an assessment tool for career and educational decisions.
