ESTJ's are hard workin' people who are driven by their thoughts and ideas. They are good at organizing and managing, but they can suffer from tunnel vision, or sometimes workaholism. They hold themselves to high standards, but will sometimes be too harsh with their criticism. ESTJ's are also known for their ability to be quite blunt and to come straight to the point. They don't suffer fools gladly. ESTJ's are often very physically active as well as intellectually engaged. They can often be good motivators but they can also drive people to irrational behavior. In the end, ESTJ's are hard-working, practical people who can be quite decisive.
You should be careful that you don't become a "tough guy" though. ESTJ's can sometimes be too harsh with other people, and other times they can be too controlling and inflexible. I knew a guy once who was a real jerk to everyone around him, but by far the hardest working person I ever knew.
