Varok Saurfang personality type is ESTJ, which is the same as mine. They're both very logical and analytical and they don't like to let emotions get in the way of making decisions. They're not as good with dealing with people and they prefer to only work on projects that will be easy to complete and can carry them through.
From my side, I'm an introvert and I'm not very good at dealing with people. I like to work alone and I prefer to do things that don't involve other people. I'm much more reserved than Varok and I don't like to talk about myself.
Varok's personality is very much like me in that he's also much more reserved than me. He's much more talkative and he can make friends easier than I can. He's much more social and he loves to make small talk and chat with people.
Zul'jin's probably the most similar to me of all the personalities we've encountered in the game. He could be type ESTJ too, which isn't surprising considering that Varok and Zul'jin are twins. We're both very reserved and we don't like to let other people know what we're thinking.
