Leopold von Schönfeld personality type is ESTJ, and this personality type is characterized by a set of values, attitudes and behaviors that are usually associated with the "realist" function of the MBTI® model.
In the late 50s, Dr. David Keirsey developed a model of personality types; his model was not identical to that of Myers, Briggs, or any other personality type theory. He believed that there were at least three different personality types: "Etcovers" who are the standard "J" type; "Et"s (who are the "J" type in Keirsey's model) who are the "extraverted" type, who believe that the world is basically a good place (the "J" type's "idealist" function), and who are very conscientious and responsible; and "Ets" who are the "J" type in Keirsey's model, but who are "extraverts" who tend to be somewhat irresponsible, self-centered and amoral, while being very intelligent and driven. In 1968 he expanded on this idea, developing his own model of 16 personality types.
