Jim Sterling personality type is ESTJ, and is known for being "harsh" when he speaks. He's also known for being "harsh" when he is in the middle of a sentence, especially when he's talking about something he doesn't agree with. He will often pause for several seconds before continuing to speak, and if you want to get his attention, you have to repeat your question or comment. If you don't, he'll just keep talking. He also uses the word "harshly" a lot, which is why I said ESTJ. Not only are the ESTJs the most blunt of the 16 types, but they are also the most direct.
Having said that, I still think Sterling is a good guy to watch, because he's really good at what he does, and I would argue that his type isn't so bad. I wouldn't say he's one of the best people on YouTube, but he is definitely one of the best game critics out there.
Sterling is also the main reason I don't watch other YouTubers. If I can't watch Sterling, then I don't feel like watching other people because I know I won't agree with them.
