Lien-Da personality type is ENTJ, at least in my own personal experience. I've been working in the IT field for a very long time, and have seen more than my fair share of people who have this personality type.
Now, I should warn you that this is not the ENTJ's fault. I am not saying that ENTJs are bad people; quite the contrary, they're some of the kindest and most charitable people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. It's just that ENTJs generally have a very strong need to be in control and to be in charge, and that generally means that they don't take criticism well.
ENTJs want to be in charge of everything, including themselves. They want to know exactly where they stand in order to be able to do everything they need to do in order to succeed. The ENTJ personality type cares deeply about following rules, regulations, policies and procedures -- things like "do not cross the line" and "only wear black-and-white striped socks with your blazer."
The ENTJ personality type also has a tendency to be self-righteous and condescending, especially in the workplace.
