Eurico Garcia personality type is ESTJ, for "Extroverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging". ESTJs are usually blunt and direct, and tend to be resentful of their role in life. They are good at motivating people to perform the tasks they require them to do, but are not well suited to leading others. They are well balanced in terms of their dominant function, Introverted Sensing (Se), and their auxiliary function, Extraverted Thinking (Te), and are usually quite logical, practical, and efficient. Their tertiary function, Introverted Intuition (Ni), is often their weakest point. They have difficulty making decisions or seeing possibilities that do not fit into what they already know. ESTJ's are hard working, practical people who dislike wasting time. They are usually very good at understanding others, but are not very compassionate or friendly. ESTJs are usually not very well suited to socializing, but are good at work, especially when they are the boss.
