So I was quite shocked to discover that one of my co-workers was an ESTJ!
As an ISFJ, I found this to be a bit contradictory because I have never seen an ISTJ in action. For example, if I have an argument with someone, I always have to explain myself many times. I usually tell the person how I see things and then they explain themselves, then I give another explanation and explain why I am right and they are wrong.
